The worst haircut I've ever had!! I have wavy hair asked for a french bob they asked for reference picture which was fine showed them what I wanted.....specifically mentioned layering my hair to bring out waves. I have thick hair but NEVER have I ever had a hairdresser use a clipper to cut off the length of my hair (guess they do this to save time actually cutting your hair). They then proceeded to burn my scalp with a hair dryer to style my hair in a way I hadn't even asked for and would have been unnecessary had they done what I'd asked for in the first place. I had to ask the stylist again to actually layer my hair as I told her that I didn't like the way it sat which she did but to be honest even after washing and styling myself it doesn't look great will now be going elsewhere to get this sorted.
