I just had an amazing haircut and blow dry with Raana. There was a slight miscommunication with my initial booking (nobody’s fault just a genuine miscommunication), and my problem with rectified with professionalism and kindness. The gentleman at the front was so lovely, and really worked hard to make sure I got whatever I needed for my hair. My cut and blow dry with Raana was exceptional. I got my hair done by Raana, she did a great job, would really recommend her as she transformed my hair! One thing to I think should improve is the privacy for women who wear hijab. The service and salon overall is 5 star, I think it should also be open for hijabi women to get their hair done by rana as there is no one else like her who does such a fantastic job, I would recommend a folding room divider, so atleast hijabi women can get abit of privacy, it’s convenient as you can store it away when not needed. Please take this advice for future, I would love to recommend this salon to my hijabi friends ❤️
